A Wonderful Escape in Paradise

Our spontaneous stay turned into a nice vacation! The room offered amazing views of the pool, and the breakfast was a good start to our day, with fresh fruits and delicious pastries. The staff were really good. Always check for poolside activities!

Everything was wonderful, so were perfect views of the beach. Our deluxe double room was bright and fairly quiet. The very good staff members provided a few recommendations. The outdoor bar was nice, appreciated this place.

Nicely decorated and brand-new room and a storage and a sofa set inside. Very central location of the hotel, extremely helpful staff right at your service and very helpful.

Bicycle rental added fun to our stay, and the free shuttle service made getting around a breeze. Enjoyed clean and comfy rooms.

They charged my card three times incorrectly causing me to overdraft my account. :( HOWEVER, the girl at the front desk was extremely apologetic, and fixed the problem immediately when I made her aware of it.

Property was gorgeous, with helpful staff and peaceful location to airport with rapid response time. Location: the hotel was not far from the Boardwalk for walking and Key West. There was an in-house restaurant nearby. The service was excellent, the food was awesome. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too.

Its breakfast definitely should have been included.

Doubletree by hilton had a fantastic pool area that was clean and warm. It's also conveniently located near the beach, awesome for a more secluded and relaxing vibe away from the crowds. The family-friendly amenities were great and definitely made things easier for us. Free cookies at check-in were a good touch!

The location was marvellous and prime as for me.

I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, especially those who transported us to and from downtown and the airport. I also quite liked the comfort of the room (the bed was very comfy!) and the fresh cookies and hot drinks available upon return from downtown every afternoon.

I was there over New Years, and I felt like the hotel could have a done a slightly better job facilitating transportation to and from the downtown area on New Year's Eve. I wasn't nearly as irate as one of the guests was, but I do think that having more regular shuttle service that evening (i.e., every 20-30 min between 8pm and 2am) would have made things go much more smoothly.

We had a lovely time with the spacious and warm pool area, and the breakfast buffet was impressively generous. The shuttle service made getting around super easy. I'd definitely come back!

Fashionable, spotless unit with a nice balcony, comfortable beds and the bar.

In my kids' opinion, the iguanas in the pool area were scary, and they wished for fewer lizards around.

It was great. We chose the hotel because of the service from the airport since we flew in with our own plane. The bed was Heaven.

I felt comfortable and will come back again. Internet was very slow, and because of that I could not finish my work on timely maner.
